In addition to quickly resolving problems, we actively work with users to help them get more from their applications. As part of the process of supporting users, our staff may request access to view the user's screen. If granted, the support person and the user will work through the issue together, each looking at the user's screen with both being able to use the mouse and keyboard. It's as if our support person is sitting right next to them.
